Nice spot in historic downtown Lagrange. We were in town at the Great Wolf lodge and got tired of lodge food so we ventured downtown and landed here. Service was fantastic. Everyone was so friendly. Wife had the fish tacos and according to her were the best she ever had. That’s kinda her thing so I’ll just have to take her word for it. I had the wings they were pretty good. All flats were a bit of an up charge but worth it to me. They were very saucy which is my jam.. kids had kid stuff idk pizza or hot dog I can’t remember.
I had Tyler as a server and the sevice was excellent. He was very attentive and gave great menu suggestions. We had nachos, hamburger steak and a burger. All food was hot, and delicious. Thank you Tyler!
Many of the other reviews are very true. We did have a wait for a party of six on wing night. 75 cent wings. We had the wings, loaded Mac and cheese, Avalanche burger, French bread pizza, corn dog kids, tater tot nachos and the draft of the day with a souvenir glass! Jekyll island draft was the best beer I have ever had. Server was very friendly, attentive and helpful with suggestions.
Waiter is on top of his game, wish I got his name, fabulous, he made great suggestions for food & wine, spot on ! Steak was cooked perfectly, flavored nicely with a compound butter, side of mushrooms and a side of broccoli , very tasty. My significant other had Steak as well, perfectly done. He loved your Mac and cheese! Service amazing, nice little find while traveling, Cheers ! ( the only reason I put very noisy, big Birthday bash going, no problem)
The food is amazing , the staff is friendly , restaurant is always clean . Tuna Dip is the best we’ve ever had
So real talk. The potato cheese soup was the best I have ever had. The traditional wings were hot level heat, good crunch, chicken was moist, sauce was not overly spicy but has a great vinegar kick. The blackened chicken Alfredo was really good. Sauce was a bit runny for my liking but the blackened chicken was perfect. Wife had the cheesesteak without peppers and onions. Really tender shaved ribeye, well seasoned, great roll. Kid had the chicken tenders and fries. Fries are crispy and have a battered crispy coating. Chicken tenders fresh and hand breaded and well seasoned with salt in the batter is what I tasted. Food came out fast and the server was great. They also have a free parking garage which is nice. The issues : Wife Originally wanted the Ribeye steak but they ran out. But the server was very apologetic. We didn't like the honey mustard as it tasted like a Dijon with honey and horseradish. It's just our tastes. We will definitely come back when we are back in the area and try the pizza and burgers.
First things first… a $12 beer flight, with 4 - 10oz beers is an automatic take my money. And the fact they have so many craft beers on tap makes this a definite return for me. The food? Everything we ordered came out hot, fresh and quickly, even though they had a full house. I had the Fried Green Tomato BLT, and the wife had a Caesar salad with cup of loaded baked potato soup. The BLT was fantastic! My wife said the soup was fantastic as well. As for the salad, it was served with cold lettuce, the way a salad is supposed to be served! We will be returning soon, even though we live 45 minutes away! Kudos to the staff, management and ownership for such a great little restaurant.
We brought a big group up and had a blast. Service was great and they went out of their way to accommodate us. The only negative I have is their Cheesesteak hardly had any steak, everyone else’s food was huge and had plenty but the cheesesteaks just had a few slices in it.
went today a brunch with my family. Food was really good service was amazing. Served was cracking jokes and making us feel so welcome! Never had an empty drink. I got the patty melt and it was pretty dang good. I think our servers name was Tyler. He was so funny and amazing will be coming back! Hopeful to get the same server experience!
